By booking with Daylon Johnson Photography, clients agree to the following terms:

• A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session date.

• Remaining balances must be paid by or before the session date.

• Images are delivered digitally through the client gallery within the agreed timeline. Print release is included unless otherwise specified.

• The photographer retains full copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests in writing to opt out.

• Clients are granted personal use rights only. Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

• Rescheduling or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, except in emergencies.
